Susie has chosen to utilize her background as an educator and experience as an Upledger teaching assistant to become a certified Presenter for the Upledger Institute. She has found this to be a wonderful opportunity to contribute to increasing health, awareness, and overall wellbeing of her community.

This class provides an opportunity for anyone to learn how to apply a few basic techniques to loved ones that support each other's health and healing at home. This course will introduce you to the CranioSacral system of the body and allow for practice time of the simple techniques demonstrated. This is ideal for parents or caregivers of children as well as caregivers for adults and even couples!

Overview of CranioSacral Therapy
In this presentation, community groups may learn more about CranioSacral Therapy and the various ways it can support health and healing. This is ideal for Support Groups, Childcare Centers, Senior Centers, or any other special interest groups. This presentation can be adapted for any type of setting and can be as short as 90 minutes or as long as one day for those wanting to learn some basic techniques to incorporate at home. Manual Home Remedy Series
Join Susie and other community professionals as they team up to teach the community how to apply a few basic techniques to themselves or loved ones to support health and healing at home. This course will introduce you to various systems of the body and allow for practice time of the simple techniques demonstrated. This is ideal for EVERYONE! There will be multiple classes over time and each course can be taken individually or as the whole series. Each class will cover different topics pertaining to health and wellness for the body.
