Susie has chosen to utilize her background as an educator and experience as an Upledger teaching assistant to become a certified Study Group Leader. She has found this to be a wonderful opportunity to deepen her skills as well as widen her network of fellow CranioSacral therapists.
If you have taken an Upledger CranioSacral Therapy class or Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy with Susie Roman, you are invited to join us for the study groups listed below. There are topics listed, but please feel free to come with your own concepts to explore.

If you cannot come in person, you will still have all of the information we covered available to you for the entire time you are enrolled in the program. Water Based CST Session Instruction!
This class is for those who are curious about the application of CST in the water. Water Based CST can enhance and support deeper unwinding of connective tissue and facilitate more profound release.

Meeting at Kinetikos Health Collective at 1p to carpool/caravan out is available. Session is for instruction and depending on time and number of attendees, participants may or may not get to receive water work, however we will ensure everyone gets hands on practice.
Friday 7/25/2025
1:30-3p
Hosted in Manhattan Kansas in a private home. Susie will be treating a client with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and attendees may be able to join session as support therapist, no treatments will be given to participants. Meeting at Kinetikos Health Collective at 12p to carpool/caravan out is available. Address will be given upon registration.
Cost for Instruction $50. You may attend BOTH sessions for the price of ONE! Since the second session is also a case study demonstration, we are encouraging participants to attend both sessions. Be prepared to enter the water if you would like (not required-poolside observation is an option).

Back To School
Happy to be starting regular study groups again! As we come "back to school", we will start off as any school year does and go over the "rules". In CrnaioSacral Therapy, we do not necessarily have rules, we have principles and guidelines. We will center our discussion around neutrality. We will define it, discuss the importance of it, and explore its many nuances. If time allows, we will also dive deeper into the principles of CST.
